Booking & Contract Formation

A booking is confirmed when Kaizen Tours accepts it and the required payment is received. The lead passenger accepts terms for the full party.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations in writing. Charges: loss of deposit if >30 days before departure; 100% of tour cost at 30 days or less; no-shows 100%.

Amendments

Written requests only, subject to availability and possible admin fees. Changes within 14 days may be treated as cancellation.

Force Majeure

No liability for events beyond reasonable control (weather, pandemics, war, restrictions, strikes, disruptions). Refunds depend on recoveries from suppliers.

Passenger Responsibilities

Valid documents, visas, health requirements. Minors must travel with adults; child car seats required under 11 years or 135 cm. Behaviour must be safe and lawful.

Baggage & Seating

One suitcase up to 23 kg (max 90x75x43 cm). Extra bags subject to space and charges. Seats allocated by Kaizen Tours; specific seats not guaranteed.

Suppliers & Liability

Third-party providers operate under their own terms. Kaizen Tours is not liable for their acts/omissions, indirect losses, or loss of enjoyment. Maximum liability is the tour amount paid.

Meals & Dietary Needs

Indian meals when included. Please advise allergies, dietary, or religious needs in advance; best efforts to accommodate.

Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance strongly recommended for medical, cancellation, baggage, and liability coverage.

Adventure Activities

Optional activities (trekking, rafting, gondola, etc.) are voluntary and at passenger risk; provided by independent operators.

Booking & Payments

Pay via official website registration portal or bank transfer to Kaizen Tours Limited. No third-party portals or agents are authorised.
